Sounded like a recording, a woman saying, "is Randall there?" and then no sound.

got a call from this number, a recorded message said our representatives are busy, please stay on the line... so I hung up.

I answered with our business name. I could hear people in the background, but no one spoke for some time. Finally, a woman said "Hello?". I said our business name again, and she started to speak and then said "okay" and hung up. This happens a lot. I think that the callers sometimes pretend they got chewed out or hung up on so that they can at least get paid for dialing calls. Waste of time for sure.
