Who owns the number?

Just called our work line, no message. Called ID reads Salt Lake City, UT. We're located in California.

Called our office. When they found out I wasn't the owner (although I make buying decisions), they quickly hung up. Very unprofessional.

We are in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and we receive calls daily.  Once when I answered someone wanted to talk to the owner of the business, I told them I was they tried to tell me that my business is not on google.  I told them I was not interested and to stop calling but it has had no effect.  The number shows up as Utah.
