This call is to get a person to try to get better interest rate.  They do NOT have a # to push to get removed from their list.  If you push 1 to speak with the representative to request to be removed from the list ~ they don't have the courtesy to remove your # or even lie and apologize for the inconvenience ~ instead just hang up.
