Same voice I call "mush mouth" I told her "I cannot understand a thing you are saying" she never sounded clearer nor spoke up so I hung up

Similar call - sounded like the woman was in a call center, very loud, and she had a very thick accent, hard to understand, said she was with something-or-other Financial.  Started by saying that she had a job opportunity for me (even though she asked for someone else's name and I told her that she had the wrong number that wasn't me.

rejected call, no message left

Did not answer, no voicemail left. Will block!

All I got was a bunch of background noise and some woman(?) asking questions.  It was like, blah-blah-goo-blah.  Told her(?) to, "Add my name to their DO NOT CALL list.  Said it would, but still asking questions.  Told it to have a nice day and hung up.
