Same here. Back ground noise indicated a call center. Female with a very thick accent asked to speak to the manager. When I asked who she was she gave a name that I did not understand. Then I asked the company name and she said Encora (I think). When asked what the call was in regards to she said we have won a three day vacation....blah, blah, blah...I asked to be taken off the call list and hung up.

Display said IMS, and the caller said she was with Ancora http://www.ancora.net/home. She said they were expanding into our area and wanted to offer a vacation.

They took the time to call.  I took the time to drop everything to answer.  There was just dead air.  A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.  SCAMMER.  ROBO CALL.  MEAN SPIRITED.

IMS on caller id. Didn't answer.

Called and asked to speak to the manager. I said "yes how can I help you" and she once again asked to speak to the manager so I, once again, said "yes how can I help you" then silence...complete silence.
