received a voice mail stating I had a complaint against me consider myself notified.  I called back man was very rude and abrupt stating not to interrupt him or he would consider it a refusal to pay and it would go to the next level and i would be served.  he explained a debt quoting my routing number for my bank my date of birth when asked a question he became agitated and advised he was the only one in the office that I was monopolizing his time and if i didnt agree to pay he would hang up.  I asked again told him I didnt remember the loan he again told me I was monopolizing his time and placed me on hold, I hung up. immediately called my bank.
