Got the same message from 385 232 7079 use a case ####### and they also call from 314 884 3179 I get tired of calling them back they need to do something about this I have contacted the attorney general office also. They use a 3rd number but I can't find that number using the same case #

I just got severed to appear for Arbatration  hearing on this payday loan. Didn't know that they could do that for a pay day loan but the contract gives them the right to seek jugdement. In some states they can take you too jail on walk-in loans that you gave a hard check...

Who served you the papers?  Where exactly are you to appear at a hearing?  In court?  In some lawyers office?  Where?

What do you mean by "too jail"?  What exactly do you mean by "hard check".

Finally, provide me with the name of even one state that you can go to jail for a PDL
