Female with Indian accent called our office and asked to speak with a manager.  When I asked who was calling she quickly stated her company name which I couldn't understand due to her accent and all the background noise and interference.  I stated she was speaking to the manager and she quickly went into a monologue which, again, I couldn't understand.  All I got was "congratulations" and "you don't have to buy anything".  I tried to interrupt but she kept going.  This is clearly a call bank with no beneficial purpose so I hung up.  I have a call blocker, so they are added to the list.
