Possibly some sort of scam.  The woman who spoke had a heavy foreign accent and spoke in english, though I could only understand maybe 50 per cent on first hearing it.  Some reference made to a scratch card and I would be eligible for something that I never determined.  I have no entered any scratrch card contest or request for info in recent memory.  I think this is likely a scam of some sort as yet undetermined.  She gave up and hanged up on me as I repeatedly requested her to repeat words and phrases as I could not understand.
A reverse phone search could not come with a listed name of a person or business.

3852293208 has called me 6 times, once a day, for the last week. I'm on do not call registry list. They never leave a message. I have some ads up on Craigslist because I do real estate photography. Been getting calls from them ever since.

Got the same type of call, I think they call real estate agents, she even had my office address. Said I am guaranteed to win something, couldn't understand what.

I cannot find anything on this phone number except on this page. I have tried every way I can think of to see if the phone number belongs to a company or something but nothing comes up. Every time I post my resume on craigslist I get a ridiculous amount of call from this number and they NEVER leave a voicemail.Next time I will answer and update my comment with whatever I find out.

I also put an add via Craigslist and got two phone calls in about 5 minutes from 3852293208 from a lady with, as mentioned above, thick heavy accent which I could barely understand. I know it was definitely an Indian accent and I also know they run a lot of scams via pharmacists online. I made out that she was from a supposed financial company (Federal ?) but I am sure they change their dialogue about who they are and why they are calling to suit who ever they are talking to. I am reporting them for what it is worth. I just find it creepy they have my home number now and are obviously running all sorts of scams and are very clever at it too. They have ingenious ways to get your information once they have some basics to go on.
