Do not pay this debt or fall for the tactics they use it is against Fair Debt Protection Credit Act in a few areas.  They change their number ever so often and use computers to route the calls from their home or homes they are not calling from the state of Utah.  Report this number and any form of harassment to your local Attorney General Office the Consumer Protection Agency and law enforcement if they continue to harass you your family and or friends as well.
