Calls several times.... No msg. Get the HINT! I will never answer.....

Has called 4 times since 2/19/2013, I have never answered, no message is ever left. When I did a call back on my phone their message said it is dealing with breast cancer donations. My caller ID is never consistant where the call is coming from.
