trying to get your entire credit card numbers saying they are working on behalf of your bank because you have made 6 on time payments that they would like to lower your interest rate to 6 %,as if my bank is afraid to call me and tell me the good news

If you reach a person and tell them to stop calling, they hang up on you.

I usually don't answer because my TV shows who's calling but I didn't have the TV on. I answered it and got a recorded message about the 'last chance to lower my credit card interest rate'. Hung up. We don't pay any interest because we pay the bill in full each month.
p.s. I still think the 'Call Type' below should have 'scammer' listed as an option.
