Same. No message.  Similar to a number I got a call from earlier 3852077092 and notes say it was survey call.  

YouGov in Oram Utah. Wants to ask a few questions for a survey.  Why don't they check the do not call directory first before harassing us 2 times a day for a week.

Because surveys are exempt from the DNC list, as are charities, political calls, prior business relationships, etc.
Also, scammers ignore the DNC list.
