Seeing this on my caller ID for the past few weeks.  Never leaves a message, unable to call it back.

Called at 8:41PM. Telemarketers who speak broken English...couldn't understand what the woman was trying to say.  Our phone numbers are on the Do Not Call list; we register all of our numbers on the Do Not Call list annually. Filing complaint with my State Attorney General's office and I suggest you do the same if you are on the Do Not Call list. If enough complaints are filed with Do Not Call website, our State Attorney Generals' offices and BBB...perhaps, just perhaps, these calls will cease.

PS:  This company is going by the name, "SSI", a survey company that conducts surveys for various companies and political groups.  They said their website is www.surveysampling.com.  On that page it has opt-out information:  To opt-out, please email us at optout@surveysampling.com (please include the phone number in the body of the email) or call 866-360-9563 to be placed on our no-contact list. If you would like to speak to someone about the call you received, you may contact us toll-free at 866-360-9678.

this number 385-207-7058 has been calling my cell number every 12 hours for three days straight, I am furious, I am on the Do not call list and these idiots are ignoring that fact. Why have an unlisted number if they can just call anyways! They are now on my blocked list. TIP: if your phone does not allow you to block calls (many do not), do this trick, make an address book enry called zBlocked (the z will put it at the end of your list), then add to it all numbers like this. Now, assign a silent ringtone. It wont stop it from showing up in your call history, but you will no longer hear it ring at least!

After seeing this on caller ID a few times I answered. Two short toot on a whistle, then nothing

The caller spoke in broken English.  Unable to identify the accent, too much noise in the background (call center I'm guessing).  Caller asked for me by my nickname which was a little unnerving.  I verified my name and told the caller to REMOVE MY NAME AND NUMBER FROM THEIR CALL LIST.
