They have called twice I answered the second time and heard a woman say hello then I hung up. I'm only 14 and don't know why they are calling me

It is a collection agency that does a "survey" to find out who you are and where you live.  They then use this information to find out if you have any liens or warrants out against you, or if you owe money to anyone.  Once you're on their radar and if you're in arrears on anything, they will hound you mercilessly.  Do not answer a call from this number or from these people.

Dozens of calls from these phone spamming jerks. I never pick up, and they just keep calling. They should be in jail.
