Trying to find out who owns this number.

Number calls and doesn't say anything then hangs up.

These people have been calling repeatedly.  Half the time they hang up and the other half they are rude.  I've put a do not call twice on their answering machine and left two messages.  This is unbelievable.

How do we stop this number from calling every 2 minutes?
