Received a call telling me that someone had run a scratch card lottery for my state and my phone number had been picked as a winner. Didn't listen beyond that.

Just received same annoying call. I could not understand at first the name of person caller was looking for. When repeated I told caller he had the wrong number. He asked if I was the owner of my number and it was new. I informed it was my number and I do not know who he is looking for. To remove my number from the contact he was looking for. He began to say he was with some Federal Agency and something regarding Florida. I informed I was on DNC list and he needs to hang up or I will report. He wanted my DNC reference number and said feel free to report if I wanted to as he did not care.

Called on the cell phone, did not answer and they did not leave a voice mail. Wish people (ALL) would stop doing this, it's getting so old!
