These morons called and I never answer a number I don't know, then I always google them, and I came across this. It apparently is a cell because i decided to try texting a not so nice message to see if it went through, and of course it did. I told them "don't call my phone again you f....g scammer because not everyone is as stupid as you".  I'm just wondering if it's the same scammer that earlier in the day texted me that I won a free cruise, and I immediately texted back "f..k off". My guess is it is, because I might get a random unknown number call my cell on occasion, but not get a text, then a few hours later a call. These scumbags prey on the elderly because a lot are not aware of this kind of stuff, but I will work just as hard as these scammers to get the word out to every elderly person I know not to fall for their crap. WINNING!!

It's back in service but not accepting call backs.  The phone hangs up automatically when I tried calling.

Got a call from this number, I answered and they did not say a word. I hung up.

I just missed a cell call from the same number: 385 202-0988. They left a voice message about lowering my interest rates to a particular percentage.  My rates, however, are lower than their "offered" rates so I immediately checked the number and . . . you know the rest of the story.  I will certainly block their number from my phone which is what I suggest you and everyone else should do. I am putting the word out on my social networks.
