I have gotten calls from that number talking about have an attorney present or waiver something on my voicemail do not have a  clue what they are talking about

got a call from this number saying they are Remittance Litigation Group, having 2 files with my name on them for debts owed. said the case worker is David Martinez who will be looking to file the case if does not hear from me or my attorney. Looked up this company and there is no such thing; on the voicemail they left the company name is Pre-trial Litigation but when I spoke to the receptionist she said Remittance Litigation Group. The number is from Spanish Fork UT but there is no such company. scam trying to get money out of people

Yes, I got the same message from these people twice now.  I should really have my attorney call them.  I'm sure that would be funny.
