Was not home and no message was left.  I called back on the day and the day after and the message system says "no routes today" so I think it was a prank or misdirected call.  The last few months I have been receiving for the first time calls using (361) area code and I wonder if there is a move by Scammers to Spoof the area codes to make themselves seem like local calls.  I am often having to call unknown local numbers thinking it may be important only to hear sales pitches, weird noises or nothing at all.  Time consuming and annoying!
