I just got the same number  who is it??

Just got this call and a blanks voicemail

The called saying they are from the Insurance Care Center, trying to get me a better rate on insurance.  It's a different number every time.   MAKE THIS STOP.  These people need to be stopped.   Calling from 361-756-0250 (this time)

I keep getting calls from this number saying that they are the IRS and that they are suing me.

Woman with a strong accent calling from what sounded like a "boiler room" call center, tried to tell me she would have an agent call back with lowest price on auto insurance.  When I asked for the name of the company SHE was calling from, she hung up.  I couldn't understand what she was saying, but she did immediately say she was calling on "a recorded line".
