Got the same message - noticed a bogus craigslist advertisement using the same phone number as well:

Hmm...Seems like these guys just hit a bunch of N. Texas numbers.

got a note from this number claiming it was the Bank of America.  And with an email of I guess info@boa.org.

Big flag is that I don't have an acct. with them nor have I ever.  And my bank would never contact me this way.
