Same, Sandra Kerr from State district 6 calling in regards to me being a person of interest in some investigation, supposedly and that if I don't return her call I will be prosecuted. This is BS! She's calling from Texas, I guess. Don't return the call it is fraud! I am reporting this call myself.

A Sandra Kerr called making threats to arrest me. Stating, that I am a person of interest for Attorney Kirk . I am filing a complaint with the FTC. She actually left this nonsense on my voice mail.

Give your state attorney general a call too.  It is illegal to claim to be an attorney of you are not - and a real attorney would know making threats of arrest are also illegal.

Same here and she call my father's phone saying I needed to be located. Mind you my father passed away almost 2 years ago. She is calling all of my family members stating I need to be located so I could be arrested and prosecuted.  Unreal...sandra Kerr she said her name was
