Received call recording says this is the irs and to call back regarding a law suit that they are filing against you. This person called 3 times in 30 min period and the first two had the name the third was private.

Same as above. The IRS does not ... repeat does not... make calls like this. Obvious scam, but folks fall for it all the time.
