This number also called me...  But I did not answer the call.  I do not answer calls from numbers not in my contact list.  But there is another option you might try...  The next time an unknown, blocked, restricted call comes in answer it and say in a whisper "It's done, but there is blood everywhere." and hangup.

I found this quite useful in dealing with them: After numerous times of dealing with them, I took a chance that they were just robocalling hundreds of numbers and had no memory of who they spoke with before.  The next time they called, I introduced myself as an officer in the local police department.  They hung up and stopped calling for several months.

Caller left message -- something about the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me unless I called them back immediately -- absolute scam -- never answer these calls and never send money  The IRS will contact you by mail not by phone and certainly not a Bellingham Wa number.

This number called my office yesterday, we just hung up on them and blocked.
