Same thing happened to us as above persons, this time I called the number on my ID 360.967.5708, instead of the 800 number he gave. The original phone call was an auto Robot voice but a human answered at the 360 number. I didn't give or varify anything with him except my name and I told him that I looked this number up and it was said to be a scam and for him to stop calling me! He hady correct Social security number, which I didn't verify and he had an address that I lived at 20 years ago, again I didn't verify. He said he was not a collection agency, didn't collect funds at all, that he was a Summons processor and that he worked with the courts to locate people to serve summons. Then he wouldn't tell me the nature of the summons and he said that it didn't matter if the address was old or not since I didn't verify anything. He just said that they would find our current address and I'd find out what the complaint was about when they mail me the Summons to appear in court! This is just pure phishing scams in my opinion because there are too many people on here getting the same threats from this number. And yes they have unlimited, so it seems amount of numbers to call you from so you can't block them! Very frustrating!!! Someone needs to put a stop to this!
