I received a call from these people on Wednesday saying I had a loan that I didn't pay for. I do have a loan so I thought this was real. So the man told me to get a green pak card and put $300 dollars on it and pay the rest the next day and that this will stop all charges against me and I will not be picked up by the police at my job the next morning. Well the next day I talk to my co worker about it and she said it was a scam and that it had happened to her and they got $200 dollars out of my her. I called the loan company and they told me that I  was scammed and that even though I was a payment behind that they would never sue me or try and take me to jail. I gave that indian man who goes by the name Michael Davenport a piece of my mind. He told me that he will refund my $300 dollars and I said oh yea how on a card that can't be traced and he told me that the police will pick me up at my job and my money will be at the court house when they take me to court after I sit in jail for 30 days. Even though he got 300 dollars out of me he did get the rest of the money from me. But this is a scam people don't let this happen to you. In most states you can not be put in jail for not paying a loan back.
