If you have an iPhone (and maybe others, not sure) create a new contact with this number, the go to settings, then phone, then blocked, then add new, and select the new contact you just created. Should take care of this nuisance.

if this caller(raymond ) continues i will contact necessary persons to stop this call iam now recording all phone calls to report credit card scams,WARNING stop if you do not want to be arrested.

I called them back and asked to be removed from their calling list..... They hung up; good for me bad for them since congress passed a law (they actuall did something) now they'll be in hit water or at the least get inquires from the federal government
