Of course it is a scam. Any time a telemarketer calls for a "charity" it is a scam to get money to put into their pocket. They give pennies to the charity to keep it legitimate, but keep up to 98 cents of every dollar for themselves.

Disabled cops ??? Sounds like the beginnijg of the call was scripted i said hello after and they never said anything back. Block!!
