Called my cell phone - no message. Disconnected at 4th ring.

Telemarketing, supposed scam.

Called my cell, left no message.

I just got one, too.  I picked it up on the third ring and didn't say anything.  Got dead silence.  I googled and on some website called "Hodges Directory" it said someone named Tracey Parks from some place called "Breidablick" Washington which is a town I've never heard of.....

That directory is notoriously full of false information.   No one knows where they got the information to begin with and it hasn't ever been updated.  Doing a web search for who owns a particular number is generally futile since all numbers are spoofed by criminals these days.  Many times they spoof the number of an innocent victim and then that person pays the price.
