I received a call from 360-851-4835.  It sounded like an Indian man with a thick accent.  He did not introduce himself nor did he say who he was calling for.  He did say, "I am calling because you are approved for an $8,000 loan from my company.  Please call us at 360-851-4835 if you are still interested."
