Got a recorded message from this number on 7/25 claiming they were the IRS and to call their number back or face legal consequences including the freezing of one's financials/assets, etc.

Spoke with a person claiming to have a case for its, but when I told her I was retired federal worker, she hung up.

Same as above.  Asked to be transfered to someone in the United States that speaks english, got transferred 3 times and the guy was the same with voice tried changing it many times.  All 3 times would not give me name.  And said government will not send out letters to inform tax payers.  Told them i will need to call my father that works for irs, and he hung up quickly.

Left message about IRS filing a lawsuit against us, it was a computer not a person

Got a call from the number yesterday and it left the same IRS computer message. My wife called it back (don't ask me why) and an Indian sounding guy answered and wanted her cell # and everything. I took the phone and asked him who it was...repeatedly. The guy kept saying he wanted to talk to the woman and that she wanted his D. Needless to say this is just some scam that gets mad when you don't fall for their ploy.
