Received call from this number at 7:36 AM!! Recorded message gives phone number then says he is James Anderson from the IRS. We have no issues with the IRS, so I know this is a scam. I am pretty sure the IRS uses the USPS to relay information, not a poorly recorded message before 8:00 AM.

Called 3 times this am claiming to be the IRS, from different numbers all claiming to be the same guy although his accent changed with the different phone numbers

I have gotten several calls from 360-841-7650. Claiming to be IRS and when I called back the phone was answered by the guy had a different accent and if you have ever called the IRS you are always on hold for a long time.

2 calls every day this week, claims to be IRS.  we have no issues, and they wouldn't call the secondary filer anyhow.  totally a scam.

How can I block this number? Where can I report this number to? They are leaving up to 6 messages a day now. It's very frustrating.
