Rang my cell phone at 11:15am, but i wasnt near my phone, and they left no message. Looked up the number and found these comments. I have iphone 4s so all I did was "Block Caller." Problem solved for me!

Received a call from this number at 9:35am on my cell, Im in CA. I did not answer and they didn't leave a message. Found this site after a google search and decided the best route was to block the number.

this number called me. 360-799-8978. I already knew something was fishy. I answered with the intent of asking them to remove my number from their database. The guy said "no" then hung up on me. definately a scam. going to report them. I wish I knew who sold them my info so I can stop doing buisness with them.

I answered and there was a recorded message imploring me to press a number (7?) to speak with a CC rep who would lower my APR (or something).
