I received the same call as B. Micu.  Message on answering machine stated that the call was from the IRS and that I was being sued by them.  Tried to return the call a few times to see what they had to say and I kept getting a message saying that "Your call did not go through. Please try your call again."

same as above, but when I called back, the person who answered the phone spoke very poor English, and I could not understand him

Got a call and poorly spoken English male advised he was from the IRS. I continued to drill him for more specific Info then he hung up. I called back several times with no answer. I then asked him to email me his contact info to which he eventually hung up.

Called by a recorded message saying I had an issue with the irs. Called back and spoke to a guy who speaks poor English, claiming I am being sued by irs. He hung up after I asked him some questions. He said his name is John Butler.
