Scanners don't care that your cell phone isn't supposed to get telemarketing calls. They're scammers. Block their calls or at least don't answer numbers you don't recognize.

Number called me twice no answer I called the number back and it says goodbye.

Caller ID indicated number only, no location.  Caller with deep male radio voice said, "Hello, this is Frank from United Security."  Told him he had the wrong number, so he ended call abruptly.

Keep calling   my home phone . I have an unlisted   and unpublished   number as well as being   registered  with The National  Do not  Call Registry .  How do they get my number ?  Both home  and cell phones  are registered !
