this # leaves an urgent message on my voice mail everyday, wants money NOW, will not send me any infor, I HAVE HAD IT with these fraudulent companies and I am sick and tired of reporting them day after day, something has to be done to stop these people

I got a call from this number 360-775-2870 about a payday loan in the amount for $320.00 giving his name as Morty Michaels at about 12:30 at my job saying that he is working thru the SSM group saying I need to resolve this matter about a check # 564 has not clear thru my Credit Union,   between 1 Mar and 15 Apr 2010 I call the Credit  Union to check on this matter there were no check deposit with that # and no transation made. He further went on to say that the payment can be made instulment of 150.00 for Aug and Sept on a Visa card,then he said I needed to make a payment today which was the 21 July 2011 which I didnt have that amount , which he just say just pay 20.00 thats when I went to Walmart and used a money card. What can I do to get my information from out of the data base that is still out there.

I GOT A CALL FROM A MORTY MICHAELS SAYING I NEED TO PAY $320.00 BUT THEY WOULD SETTLE FOR $200.00 I SHOULD GIVE THEM  MY CREDIT NUMBER AND I DID .THEN I GOT SCARE THAT THIS WAS A SCAM .I TURN AROUND AND CANCEL MY CARD NUMBER TO GET A NEW ONE THIS SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM THESE PEOPLE HARRASSING HE TOLD ME I WOULD BE ARRESTED FOR CHECK FRAUD

I got a call from Marty micheals, stating I owe for Manhattan financial. That I owe 510 dollars but they are willi.g to settle for 370$. Otherwise, he will sue me for his client.....

I had the same thing almost, except he's going by AAG, and I owe 510, but they'd settle for abour 300. And my dates start Feb 5th, 2010 and April 5th, 2010, with check number 554
