Caller ID says "Name Unavailable". I don't answer those calls. Call blocked.

called me and no one said anything and they just hung up when i said hello i called the number back and it said its a non working number...dont like pranksters

This number has called me multiple times when i was finally able to answer it rang once and i heard movement but nobody would say anything. I said hello 3 times... so i just hung up.
