So someone called my cell phone from  RESTRICTED (No caller ID.  And used the option "to page this person" that my cell company offers when they hear my voicemail greeting. So they paged me with 360-740-3767.  I tried calling the line and it just rings busy.  I looked it up and its some landline number from QWEST based in CHEHALIS WA.  I don't know anyone in Chehalis WA so must be a collections agency.

This number keeps calling my cell but leaves no messge... I don't know the number so I don't pickup...

Yeah I'm thinking it's from the collection agency in Chehalis.  They work for the courthouse down there.
