Got a call fro this # at 2:33 A.M. Who the hell calls at that hour??

Any more info on this one boys?

This number is commonly identified for phone calls originating from Whatcom County Government offices; regardless of department.

All Whatcom county offices share the same central phone lines, so any calls they make are routed through the first available line. It can appear on caller ID as many various numbers including this one.

I didn't know at first either but now I do. It's from the Whatcom Court Facilitator in Bellingham. I was told that this number comes up from most of the Whatcom Government Offices. I can't say why they would call early in the morning unless it was somebody calling from the jail or juvenile hall...

I got a call from the same number, it was the Whatcom County Health Department.  Hope that helps.
