Have gotten this call 2 times at home number in past 3 days- I know it is a scammer for several reasons
1) the heavy accent- Lib Org.com when you search seems to be some eastern europe or russian website based on info showing when  you google it.
2) Once again the person tried to sound so formal or authority like but if you know how to handle them it will be ok as long as you do not respond to any questions.
3) NO PDL can be reported as a criminal offense- if you have an unpaid PDL it is a CIVIL offense- no one can come to arrest you nor can they send police out
4) I googled the phone # and it came back as 360-722-3905 and it is not some org called US CRIME BUREAU (or some name like that as they mentioned)
5) I told them I would reporting the number for fraud.

got this on my home phone line (which is on the Do Not Call list).  Caller ID said liborgdotcom.  I've never heard of any company with that name, so they probably aren't calling for any legit reason.  Could not find much on the internet about calls from this number or the caller ID name.  They did not leave any messages. The caller ID name makes me suspicious. (March 2010)

They called me at 11:06 p.m on my cell.  How can it be legal to call for any reason, whether sales or collection, that late at night?  They woke my baby .... how do I report them, and who do I report them to?

called today at 8:50 am! did not leave a message. do not know who liborgdotcom is. if they are asking for money they have a lot of gall doing it around tax time!

Rec'd call from this number @ 7:30 PM, Saturday. Caller was nearly unintelligible, but as best I could determine, he wanted me to let him "guide me" through the removal of a file from my computer, as a "courtesy to a valued user of the Windwos Operating system". Became irate when I questioned him, kept repeating the same script over and over when I asked who he worked for, and screamed at me when I asked to speak to his supervisor.
