Who called me from 360-718-7281?

Who called me from the number above?X9E4

Nester Siding Company of Washington state. Wants to put siding on my house. This was an unsolicited sales call on my cell phone which is listed on the do-not-call registry. So I do wonder how they got my number. Someone must have sold it to them. I rarely give my cell phone number out to anyone since it is for emergencies.

Just got a call from them a few minutes ago. They say that my number came from something I signed at KMart in 2010. Haven't been in a KMart for 10 years..and we don't give up our phone number.
I was polite trying to find out what they were selling... He rebuked me and said "you don't understand.. " Energy program..etc.
I could see the name Nester Siding and this phone number.. so I gave up trying to get answers and said "thank you, I don't want to have this conversation". He said "YOU DON'T HAVE A MIND.  GOOD LUCK TO YOU.".
It was weird and over-reactive..and he was very calm. Creepy!

received call said fron Nester Siding
said we were not interested in siding
creepy said-----so you are not interested in getting the check and the money
then hung up
stupid!
