Well, my call blocker died so I've had to start re-entering ALL those phone numbers. SMS IS VERY, VERY PUSHY AND RUDE! They've called me from 360-637-4041 as well, and have called our office a total of 5 times since July, all around the same date each month. They've obviously got us on a once per month harassment schedule.

Older woman called and asked for my husband by first name. I asked who was calling, she said what? I said, who’s calling please? She said Hilda Burkhardt (I think). I said what is this in regard to? She again said WHAT? I said are you wanting to make an appointment? She said, "Why are you asking all these questions? Is he there or not?” I asked, "What are you calling about?" and she hung up on me.

I called the number back and they answered “Client Services”. I asked what company it was, she said she answered the phone for several companies, she’d try to help if I knew who called. I said somebody named Hilda Burkhardt. She said just a moment. The phone was picked up by a younger woman, not Hilda. I asked what company this was. She said SMS. I said what does that stand for? She said it doesn’t stand for anything, it’s SMS. I asked what they do, she said they’re consultants. I asked consultants for what? She said “Business consultants.” I said well somebody from your office just hung up on me and I don’t appreciate that, so I’ll be blocking your number.” Which I did.

I don't know how, but these pests have our business card which - unfortunately - lists my husband's cell phone (new ones on the way without it). We repair RVs. A woman called his cell and he couldn't quite tell what she wanted. He asked if she had an RV that needed service; she hemmed and hawed but he thought it was a telemarketer so said not interested and hung up. She immediately called back and said I’m going to let you talk to my boss. My husband asked again if they had an RV that needed repair, the "boss" started in on a spiel. My husband said look, I’m really busy (and we are, we're SWAMPED and have no time for this crap), can you get to the point. The "boss" said something about he can help us have better clients, blah blah. My husband said look, I’m not interested, you’re calling my cell phone (to which he said well it’s on your business card – so he has our card), if you have something you need repaired call the office number. So that number is now blocked on his cell phone and the office phone as well. Jerks.

The phone number came up as a Vancouver number.  Said it was Billy Ladell's off (not sure of spelling)  Sounded like a solicitor calling actually with the background noise on the phone.  Would not leave message.

Even though asked not to call again, they did (no surprise). Our call blocker stopped them after one ring and they actually called again! They've also called us from 360-637-4041.
