Left message claiming "second enforcement action" blah blah blah. CID comes up as Battle Ground, WA. Courts do not operate by calling people to appear from a garbled spoofed phone number. You must be properly served in writing, and communications will be in writing and there should be  a valid phone number for a court of jurisdiction. In short, ignore these morons and block them.

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.

Not much! A previous poster has id'd this as a fake IRS call. Most of which are coming out of India and Pakistan! Your best bet is a call blocking device or phone.
