Caller ID said: Battle Ground WA.  no message.  Either wrong number or scammer

Bad phone calls its a shame that putting your names on a list for Washington state  doesn,t stop anything. I wonder the amount of our tax dollars go for that with no help from them .
Yet a college student can put a stop to the callers with a cheap little program.
      Isn,t that something that we won,t pay a college student a small sum of money for a simple program to stop scammers.
Does anyone know how much the Do Not Call List program gets paid and where the money comes from. I bet we would be very shocked . Input please.

I got a call from someone representing Washington State Patrol. Once I told him. I couldn't speak right then he immediately hung up the phone. It sounded suspicious.

Caller ID said:  Battle Ground WA.  no message.  received another call from Battle Ground today with a different #.

OK, 3rd time I've posted this #.  Caller ID just had #. no message.   I'm going with scammer
