Said they were Microsoft and they wanted to help prevent a hacker from getting into my computer.

I received a call from this number (360-637-4786). the guy on the phone said that he was microsoft windows and that my computer has been hacked over 100 times. I gave him access to my computer and he began to show me pages of websites that had hacked into my computer. He offered to help by me purchasing a security system costing $107.00. i became suspicious a little too late since he was already accessing my computer. i don't know what to do now. i believe my computer has been corrupted.

Same call today. Asked him for his call back # (360-637-4786) and ID (MW1097 - though it took him a good minute to give it to me) and told him I'd call him back....which I didn't.

i got a call from this number i paid $299, i had some problem in my computer..they gave me a full service and i'm happy with their services...

I have computer problem long time. After taking there services. I am happy now.
