I got a text from this number saying that my credit union card was deactivated and to call this number to reactivate it.

I got the same thing, I did NOT call back, but will call my fraud protection hotline to verify the info. obviously, it is fake, if multiple people are receiving it

03Dec09 1823hrs, also got one in the Bangor Washington Area, call my resource and it coming from somewhere near the Oregon Border, and is crap, don't call it from any phone, laybelow

How are these company's able to feed from this information, what do they gain, aren't there better things to do, like how about applying for a Green Card and get a 'Job',

Near the Border is correct, Vancouver Washington is the place, scam, looking for personal questions & to use you phone number against you, still researching...........
