This number has tried calling a few times, but when it goes to my answering machine, all you hear is some noises of them trying to hang up.  Based on that, I'd guess it was some collection call or telemarketer.

I don'know who is calling me.  I receive phone call from US  frecuenly but never let me message.  I don't know anybody in Washington.

They called my number for weeks, sometimes more than once a day. Rang three times then hung up; never a message left. I finally called them and they marked my number as a wrong number (for them). Almost certainly a bill collector, but I wasn't able to get the company name.

I keep receiving calls from this number,I suspect it's from a collector and he keeps calling even after 8:00 pm
when In California its forbidden after 8:OO or on weekends,I am sick of this A...hole calling me at unwanted time.

This number has been calling me for quite a while now. Usually I don't accept calls from people I don't know but I finally decided to answer the phone the other night, around 6PM EST. It kind of sounded like a middle aged black male. He said hello and then I said hello back, then he hung up. Very strange. And I'm still getting these calls at least twice a day. And I don't owe any bills. Hope this stops soon.
