I answered but no one said anything and no "robot"; but the caller ID said "Support Division" when this call came through.

They just rang, left no message on voice mail. Caller ID says, "Silverdale, WA"

Don't know who it is. Didn't answer. They didn't leave a message--surprise, surprise.
Probably an automated call that checks to see if you answer and then forwards your number to a telemarketer or scammer for future calls. Bums!
