Got a call that said.. Do you want help with back taxes, to lower or eliminate, press 1.
Something about Obama giving some kind of OK for negotiation or help etc.
Automated call Asked for no one in particular and did not give the name of the company.
When you call back it states that it can't complete the call as dialed
